While I totally agree with premise I just don’t think the way to fix anything is prosecuting then labeling 16-17-18 whatever year old kids sex offenders when they not. drives me insane how prosecutors/judges choose to disregard context in situations where it is badly needed.

You can legally get married at 15 in Hawaii and Missouri and age 16 just about everywhere else around the country. That seems like the more logical age but who's to say when someone is mature enough to have sex or get married? These laws are usually biased against men.
