I'm on the under at 41. Flacco and Garappollo are expected to start, but this will be garapollo's first action in game since his ACL injury, so I think SF will be cautious and limit his playing time. Flacco should start but 49ers defense has looked solid so far. Both teams lack depth on the offensive line and their offensive lines struggles in the first game. Denver's QB rotation is bad after Flacco with Hogan, Lock, and Rypien. 49ers have decent QBs behind Garapollo with Beathard and Mullens, but both know the 49ers will likely carry 3 quarterbacks against this year because of how injury prone Garapollo is so they don't have extra motivation and the 49ers second and third string offensive line has looked bad.
