    Doubles tennis tourney, then singles tourney at another club across town.

    Then half marathon in the middle of town.

    Goat milk pate and alternating ice and hot baths.

    Quinine tonic water early.

    Switching to cayenne water mid evening.

    Then lemon water to finish out the night.
