I like the Dodgers to win it all also but there is really no value at current 5/1 future.

I think one nice way to play it is Exact World Series Matchup Dodgers vs. Indians +3400 and hedge with Houston once playoffs roll around.

Amen to everything you said... but (and this is a big but), they still have Dave Roberts at the helm. That is a serious liability that can override so many positives. Dodgers fans just have to hope that he learns from two consecutive Octobers of managing mistakes.

Guys in this thread are tripping over the short term (not that 20-13 is bad), Dodgers have the talent to win the NL with JJ Gold managing the team, especially with the other two divisions being so watered down this year. I am not 100% sure who the second best NL team even is, I guess the Cardinals but the gap between them and the Dodgers is huge enough to overcome the Roberts factor. The World Series is when we need to worry about Roberts, but talent wise, I still like LA.
