There was a bookie playing next to me at a 5/5 PLO table in Houston back in February. He was on the phone with a live odds provider trying to close the deal. Dude had bands on him, clearly a big guy in the bookie world.

After he got off the phone I asked him, what do you do to guys who don’t pay? Do you beat them up? Break bones? Worse?

He looked at me strangely and said I have no idea what you’re talking about and gave a bad look.
