He's a great GM until the 2nd round of the playoffs when these kids get bounced, and then Harris & Butler depart. He really has taken a big gamble. Possibly spoiled what was a promising situation.

Covington was a perfect fit. Hard to replace a guy like that. Butler is not the defender he once was. Not so tough as his image.
