If Gurley is healthy, Pats might be a risky play.

If Gurley plays 5 plays like last game, this game is gonna be a blowout. CJ Anderson will not win this game, mark my words. Gurley is the best player in the NFL. You don't just replace him in the superbowl. If this guy plays, this game is going to be a straight battle to the finish.

don't matter. bill's game plan is to take away best offensive weapon. make goff beat him and confuse him with coverages and pass rush. what receiver scares anybody on that team? pats will dominate run game.

Pats run game will not dominate. You are basing that on reg season Rams d. In the playoffs the Rams run d has been solid. Teams adjust. The Rams will make Tom throw.

Rams coverage is super weak and I think you'll be seeing a lot of Shotgun 5 wide from Brady tomorrow at some point. He's gonna roast clowns like Marcus Peters and Robey Coleman.

Bill can gameplan all he wants for Gurley, if he's 100% healthy you're not stopping him. It's much easier to stop a WR than an RB. Pats don't have the players in the front 7 to handle a player like Todd Gurley.

Having said all that, no one really knows what this guy's status is. There's no way a fat loser like CJ Anderson would be playing meaningful snaps if Gurley was healthy.

I'd like to know exactly what Gurley's injury is. He got hurt during the regular season. Groin maybe? That is always a lingering injury.

    C.J. Anderson isn't chop liver guys... I think he's only 27. Prime.

I really think Anderson alone would give New England problems.

It helps to sub out each back... and get a blow. If this happens... how is New England going to shut everything down? Impossible.

The 41 1/2 year old(exactly)is going to get hit and fairly often. Who's the backup anyway? Dump passes will keep the Rams secondary busy but they will be ready. It's going to take some doing by the GOAT, can he do it? What starter will Bill sit this year? Will Suh get a unsportsmanlike conduct penalty? Will Giselle blame Hogan if they lose?

Guess we will know in 24

    Rams - 7 1/2 +320

bill is the smartest coach ever. if rams lb concentrate on run, he will light them up with james white. kamara was killing the rams until saints went away from it. this is his biggest challenge since 1st sb with rams. i think he takes the mcvay hype as a personal challenge and is determined to out maneuver him.

Wish we could pick up all the audio after the play.... guaranteed that Suh and Donald talk sh#$ to Brady all game long. Who's going to talk sh#$ back to them on the Patriots Line? Come on now. No one.

One good hit... and Brady will start hurrying throws... bitching at his offensive line.

Phillips dropped them into zone earlier in the season. I'm a Montana guy, but I won't bet against the Pats. Brady rips zones to shreds. Rams are #18 covering Rbs . Rams have done a pretty good job at covering pass catching rbs. There is a reason this line is hovering around 2.

I give just the slightest of edge to the Pats, who have the experience, calm nerves, cool moxy, and Goff and most of his crew are either very young, or never been to the big game. I've been a niners fan and witnessed the same domination in the Walsh era.

Pats aren't amazing, or even great this year. They've never won by more than a score in the bowl. They game plan better than anyone, get ALL the calls, play all phases well, and Brady eats up zones. He also has outstanding protection and the Rams secondary is very suspect. Peters is straight retarded sometimes.

I think the lights are just a little too bright for LA this earlier. it's a 3 point game. Pats by a FG

Rb isn’t even a top 4 value position in the NFL- rams have won without gurley doing anything / guess what ? If your QB or O-line plays bad ? You lose -

Belichick weakness is stopping the running game. Rams will run the ball down their throat.

Gurley played 32 of 69 snaps vs the Saints. Anderson played 37 of 69 snaps vs the Saints.

BUT...expect to hear a T. Gurley rumour today.

I wouldn't be shocked if Suh gets called for a couple Roughing the Passer flags early in an attempt to shake Brady up. Give up a couple 15 yard penalties to make him hear foot steps the rest of the game.

not healthy. they talked about him limping back and forth to huddle. mcvay was hoping to ship heavy focus on him, but knew he was not 100 percent.
