Lakers @ Warriors Tonight: Statement Game? 🏀
    Golden State -10.5
    LA +10.5

The key factor in capping this matchup tonight is this question:

With LeBron back, is this one of those celeb-style games in Cali in which the Warriors will just 'shoot the sh!t' and have fun against LeBron, or will they try to remind him that he has not shot against them this year???

    1. Make sure Lebron is playing tonight
    2. If YES then take Lakers +10.5

The Lakers are pathetic right now and more focused on getting Davis, i don't think its a statement game, but GS almost never loses 2 straight at home.

What statement? Lakers is trash - Lebron know it’s coming 2 the end - magic Johnson will get fired -

Paul George is easily a top 7 player in the NBA right now - he’s back and carrying OKC- something the Lakers could of have - but they went for a old Lebrenda

Warriors looked vulnerable with Klay Thompson and Green out last game, but Klay is listed as probable tonight.. Lakers still nursing Kusma back to form also who played limited minutes last game and his production was low and garbage.. Lebron also stated he is only playing at 80% now.. He's not 100% still in other words..https://sports.yahoo.com/warriors-se...8939--nba.html

Tricky game with all injuries considered but I still lean the Warriors at home and I think they cover the 10 points. Step Curry player over points total prop is a given also tonight..

Statement against LeBron who is arguably the best player in the league.

Bottom line is although the Warriors probably win, will they be pumped enough going against him to blow them out.
Basically do they want to b!tch slap him.

Or, with many celebs probably attending because of this matchup, do they merely treat it like an all-star game where they're out there just to have fun.

Agree, and George was actually willing to play with Lebron, they could have had him in Cleveland but Lebron wouldn't commit beyond a year.

James is no longer the best player in the nba- didn’t he just miss 19 games? You can bet those injuries will keep coming

The only statement that will be made is LeBron making it clear that he wants Luke fired.

Warriors got.smoked at home by Philly.

Would expect their best effort tonight.

But thats a lot of points.

Thompson is questionable. His absence was the reason they got burned last game.

A combination of both. Philly is a good team and Embiid worked on a recovering boogie and outclassed looney.

Lakers are hot trash with an aging madonna who isnt getting the calls like he used to (+ a hurting kuzma). I feel very strongly that the double digit line is lakers bait.

But will Golden State be or will they treat it as an exhibition game?

I think he wants the Lakers to stop screwing around with this Anthony Davis trade. I think he’s trying to force this trade to happen right now. This is just my opinion as I try to read the tea leaves. They say he’s in the arena but not even going to be on the bench - he’ll be in the locker room to watch the game. On top of that, Luke Walton didn’t know LeBron was out until the bus ride to the stadium. Something else is going on, in my opinion.
