2020 Superbowl odds already up

I saw one site had Superbowl futures up for next season.

Rams 6/1
Chiefs 7/1
Bears 8/1
Patriots10/1

These odds do not make sense.

Patriots should lead the pack with the lowest odds. Haven't they been watching football for the last ten years?
Why are the Bears 8/1 and Patriots 10/1?
Bears play in a tougher division.,while the Patriots contend with the lowly Jets and Bills and mediocre Miami.

Patriots always win the AFC East. They own it
Do they think that Brady will
rapidly get older this summer?
Do they think that the Patriots will go into a post superbowl funk like the Eagles terrible start?
Do they expect some Patriot retirements?
How likely are these odds to change significantly?

I am not sure those numbers are “right” but I can see the reason and value differences. Rams and Chiefs will be a year better. Pats a year older. I think Belicheck, Gronk and Brady all retire if they win this SB, but even if they don’t the decline is on the way. There WILL be a year that they aren’t THE dominate team in the NFL and as we go forward every year it becomes more likely. On top of all of that, I think the books make a lot of money from people betting against the Pats.
