Why does the guy with the scratcher have a tattoo on his left forearm but the guy on the slots doesn’t?

that pic sitting down is very low quality. could have the tattoo there. i dont know. supposidly he admitted to it being him

Could be, Id say 50/50. There’s resemblence but although the slot puc is low quality, his left arm is the closest thing to the camera and not even a hint of a tat. Hair looks different too, different style and color. Glasses in one, not the other

Who knows, maybe he got a makeover after the big lottery hit and wasnt happy with the new look
