I second this. Falcons vs. Seahawks 2013. 20 point lead in the fourth quarter. In Vegas and feeling good with my biggest bet ever. Proceed to shit the bed and can’t even get a first down to work some clock. But hey Seattle goes up 1 then they have no problem getting in FG range to win by 2. I took -2.5 instead of the ML. It was for an extra $1500 or something. Got greedy and got burnt. They still should have just got a first down or two and iced the game. Bums. Terrible play calling led to quick three and outs, over and over. Then Russell Bitch magic happened. Would have been chilling with like 13K cash if they just didn’t blow it or I took the ML and had like 11K. Dumbass. I don’t even wanna tell the story of my dumbest “bet.” It was more like giving money to the casino for nothing.

Think I put like 5K on some women’s tennis match to win $500. She lost the first set and barely won the next two. Lost like 5K on Fedor losing to that Big Foot Silva guy. Used to throw a bunch on huge favorites when I ran up $300 to 13K. Got down to 1K then parlayed two lakerboy soccer plays to start a run back up to 12K. Obviously lost it all in the end. Didn’t take out a dime. Good times. Bodog was a bitch to take money out of.Comment -

I got 10,000 to one from a guy once that I could not name the next song on the radio.
I lost. picked a popular Justin Timberlake song at the time.
I know there are a gazillion songs but I knew the range of stations he had it was somewhat current pop pop rock or country. I think I was still +Ev in that spot.
we used to bet a round of custards if anyone could name the flavor of the day shown on the outside store sign at Culvers which changes daily. Granted now you can go online and see the listing etc etc.
That was hit several times but not as often as you might think
and one of my favorites with high school buddies each person gets a digit 0-9 on the second clock at the hockey games. Bet is the digit on the clock when the back wheel of the Zamboni leaves the ice after resurfacing between periods. wow people around would be watching our aciton with interest on that one especially in the second period when they knew what was going on. fun times. put in $10 each or whatever.Comment -

With a friend who was an inexperienced bettor.
I was betting horses which was the norm, but he wanted to bet greyhounds.
So we bet all the dog races at Derby Lane, lost every one of the 14 races, still had a good time. Had 6/7 top shelf whisky shots and about 8/9 beers each.Comment -
