I climb a mountain every day at 10am on the stairs here in Santa Monica California on 6th Street.. Wooden stairs.. Anyone wants to meet me that's where I'll be every day. I'm the tall guy that is pretty fit and 50 on those wooden stairs.. Can't miss me.. Close to my home.. Love it!!! As you get older it's good to strengthen those legs.. Don't want to fall over or stumble when I'm an old man..

I hiked Table Mountain the hard way in Capetown, sat down for a few eats and drinks. made some bets on my phone and then tried to get up and had trouble walking the 200 feet to buy the cable car tix to go down.

the ladies there spent a good 45 secs pretending that they sold out and had no more availability for the ride down and told me i'd have to hike 5 hours back down.

If they would have kept up the ruse for 15 more secs I would have gone out the gift shop and thrown myself over the edge.
