    Wow, these media these days are so stupid.
    1. No choking.
    2. If you are pregnant, you don't put yourself in that position and try to fight a crazy fan.
    3. The guy took more pushing, shoving and punching from the female than he gave. In fact, it would be self defense if he did anything.
