Also, whoever is hired will somehow need to command the respect of Aaron Rodgers. Bruce Arians would be the perfect guy to do that, IMHO. Hiring a first time/young coach could be a tough sell with Rodgers. Arians resurrected Carson Palmer’s career, and Palmer didn’t have half the talent of Aaron Rodgers.
