    Bet90 verification problem
    Hello there, I've a problem with bet90.com . On 23th of Nov I've made a deposit via SOFORT using my bank account. a few days ago I've been requested to verify my account by sending a photos of my ID card, Proof of address, and a statement from my bank showing the transaction to them, IBAN, SWIFT and my name. I did sent all the required information, my ID and proof of address have been verified but my bank statement not. They told me that there is a mismatch with the IBAN they received the money from and the one on my bank statement. I've try to find out what can be the reason for this mismatch. First try to understand how does the SOFORT works, spoke with them by phone and then told me that they just make the connection between the recipient and the sender(don't received the payment to their account or something). After that I try to make another deposit by my bank account using SOFORT and before to make the transaction I saw the payment recipient is Safecharge limited(payment provider). However after my second deposit I've contact again the support of bet90 and send a statement from my bank with the transaction to them with a ref. number and everything and this time they told me the second transaction is coming from a complete different IBAN. The situation get so confused, they told me they wont pay me until I didn't provide them with statement form the IBANs I've made the transactions but in the same time I already did it. I've also call my bank and explain the situation and they told me that they see the transactions and confirm me that both transactions to Safecharge limited are made from my IBAN and there can't be an error from their side. I don't know what to do now, I think that the payment provider of bet90 is receiving the money via SOFORT paid by my bank account and then they send the money to bet90 from their own bank account with the reference number of my transaction to them. Or otherwise this people are trying to make a fool of me. Please let me know what do you think about my case and give me some tips of how to handle the situation.     Are you in Germany or Poland or nearby?

    Safecharge is a third party payment processor many books use.

    Recently they cancelled all Curacao licensed books ability to send money to German banks.

      I live in Amsterdam. I don't think they have any problem paying to Dutch banks.

        If you submit an SBR Sportsbook Complaint form we can try reaching out to them for you.


        They claim two licenses on the front of their website. You may wish to try asking them to intervene as well.
