You don't bring in a new coach from the outside mid-season. The Kings tried that once with George Karl when the season was already lost. He & Cousins had a broken relationship before the new season began.

The Cavs were 10 and 1 without Lue last year. I think they could have challenged Gsw with competent coaching.
