Open the thread that you want to subscribe to.
Hit Thread Tools.
Then it will give you the option to Subscribe.

The mobile skin does not have a subscribe to thread option. If you're stuck on the mobile skin after clicking Full Site, clear your cookies and it should let you in the next time.

If ur using Chrome, the 3 dots at the top right open into a menu where u can request the desktop site.
