The next 2-3 years is going to be Hell . These top recruits will start jumping ship , assistants looking elsewhere, knowing the pink slip can come on any given day , creating even more issues changing schemes yearly .
Even being a Bammer , no way did the guy deserve anywhere near that contract he got , most Auburn fans I know was pissed especially after Chizik , big payday , to being the first ever to be fired in 2 years of winning a title .
Every soul within a half mile of being involved in that approved contract should be shitcanned and sent packing .

There were no Tennessee or Auburn banners flying throughout the week. I could barely tell there was a home game yesterday. Everyone knew Auburn could lose this game and they did. Only thing left to do is to beg for the money back and swap coaches with Arkansas, because Arky wouldn't have fired Beilema if they knew they would be getting worse. The two worse teams in the SEC are Arkansas and Auburn and it's not even close.

auburn isnt as good this year as its obvious now. me personally I never really cared for the qb, he was overhyped also. didnt see this game but seems they gotten away from much of the trick plays they use to run those were fun and many times worked. owning half of 75% in 30 days, not sure how much that is or how that works. it does get funny though with fans they wont accept going backwards instead of analyzing the whole picture which is au just isnt as good as last year.

Auburn will finish with 6 wins and get a bowl bid. Next season they open in Arlington against what will be a very strong Oregon team. They have a very odd schedule in that they play no games on the road in November, but no games at home in October. That stretch will determine how much longer Malzahn sticks around.

Auburn hosts Liberty before their November 24th troucing by Alabama. They host Texas A&M. They have away games at Ole Miss and Georgia. If Auburn cannot defeat Ole Miss or A&M, they will not win 6 games. Malzahn has been one of the luckiest Head Coaches around. His luck may have just run out. He is going to have a tougher time next season, and if he cannot get into a bowl game this season, he will not survive 2019.

the radio guys here were saying yesterday he's always even keel with the same attitude and comments like those. he isnt gonna go much off script but they just arnt gonna tolerate too many average seasons at au.

I think what makes the situation more intolerable is the fact that Malzahn is supposed to be an offensive genious yet their offense continues to regress

They seem to struggle every week on offense. They struggled vs southern miss for damn sake
