JJ you can't be serious here. Out of the 4 major sports in America (NHL,NBA,NFL,MLB) Baseball is the only sport where you substitute a player and they're no longer allowed to re-enter the game. There is much more strategy than you will ever know about managing a baseball game. Good lord and please for the love of god someone remove that MLB Moderator from this assclown he knows nothing about the sport.

I like Soch. Helluva player and helluva manager. He can't control injuries and he can't control the players the GM signs. The Angels farm system needs a lot of work. They need to sign Trout to a lifetime contract and not sign any more senior citizens like Pujols. Stop trading away good prospects.

I haven't heard any players or coaches bad-mouth Soch. Only disgruntled fans that think losing is his fault.

That being said: Sometimes new blood reinvigorates things and good things can happen. Here's hope!

Baseball should have a real hard salary cap.
Only then will head coaching and managing become a true contest of skill.
Check this out. LAA, SF, Mets.. look at the largest percentage of salary on the disabled list.
You can't win in that situation. MLB is nothing but unfair joke where cash is king.
