seems no one understands this. there is no magic wand. you are hired because something needs to be fixed. you don't fix a team in an offseason lol. what the rams and eagles did is rare, not common. and they had loads of talent on both sides of the ball. just wrong coaches there previously

possibly. but the 0-3 part isnt that surprising. at mia in september. at denver. the rams. now this looks bad but when you think of what cleveland did to big ben and brees, its not shocking that an unconfident carr is struggling as well.
