+ pretty good store of value
+ i rather have control of my own money than any fiatmoney, which is basically controled by central banks
+ already a bless for people in country like venezuela where hyperinflation is daily business / or people in cyprus alrady went through expropriation
+ fast transactions and no borders
+ will have pretty low transactions fees once lightning network is brighter accepted

i could go on...and btw it wont go under 1000, already has a use in society, if its going to replace our current money? Hard to tell, but seeing how things are going, we are maybe one big finacial crisis away to switch people´s thinking of our current fiatsystem. I would rather bet on bitcoin than usd/euro or w/e

Your just looking at the price tag and judge the performance of bitcoin & co. based on that. If your looking a bit deeper you will see a growing technology.

8% in a day isn't that big of a deal - the reality is that all currencies eventually trade in line with supply and demand, the number of bitcoin transactions occurring today hasn't risen significantly in the last couple years.

It hasn't been, but it's been channeling downward since late December. Lower highs and lower lows for several months. I don't think it'll fall below 5k before going back up a bit again. Probably about 5,500 soon before it settles and bounces back a little.

If you really think about it.... (now in reality) how in the world did this coin ever hit 20k? You need buyers... and I think the excitement for Bitcoin is gone. Might of been a 1 and done deal? More people scared..... which helps the SHARKS. No question.... they know all the ins and outs. When to sell... when to buy.
