Received e-mail for 50% free play (bonus code 2018WC), where it says also in rule 10: This promotion is by invitation only and non-transferrable.

Made deposit but this time did not receive free play (first time in couple of years). On chat and mail they said system made mistake to send me promotion mail and I'm not eligible for bonus because of country restriction, bonus rule 9. This rule says: 9. Players residing in Russia, Bulgaria, Greece and Serbia do not qualify for bonuses.

No SLOVENIA, where I'm from. I always played from Slovenia and also made this deposit from Slovenia. After some days of ignorance I finally received answer.....since Slovenia has the political relationship with Serbia, it doesn't apply either.... ???

This is a really absurd excuse. What do you think?

Have you escalated the concern? They should honor the Free Play since they contacted you. Let us know.

Weird. I use 50% promo code for bonus offer before World CUP, and it works without any problem (Slovenia).
Also get an invitational mail from BetOnline. Use BTC as deposit.
