This guy rents a van and demolishes innocent people and keeps accelerating and aiming while doing it then he got out and kept pointing something at the cops trying to get them to shoot him.

News media after all of this says maybe he had a health issue and was not able to control the van, news outlets labeling this a collision in Toronto. These people are crazy.
