The ghost accounts I'm referring to are the ones where guys who once had one poster handle disappear (or are expelled), but then come back with another handle.

You know the ones, on a poster's first day he posts 40 times and seems to know everyone in the forum.

I think that is ok... whats not allowed is to NEGOTIATE OR PLAN financial transactions between posters using the site.

You're not allowed to use the forum or PM system to promote anything. Anything at all.

If it looks at all like you are asking/offering an email address for the purpose of that or some sort of money transaction you might be sanctioned.

Normal posters like you or I wont be swapping email addresses very often. Promoters/touts/scammers try it all the time ;-)

Sure! More power to you if you get numbers. Posters seem to worry I want to give them back rubs or something so dont offer them to me

Edit: Oops. didnt get what you meant. Thought you meant in person in CR. If it smells like a scam or business approach a mod might react. Just a case by case basis. If you just want to arrange a meet up it should not be any problem.
