My take -

Degenerate gamblers - Kiss those years goodbye... Stress and debt will ruin a brother and send you to the early grave..

Oh and Gummo you forgot to add in - lack of sleep and poor diet for the degens to your thread starter post... Chicken wings and ranch, cheese pizzas, beer or soft drinks on the fly will send you to an early grave.

The Pro Gamlers with years of getting a grip on it all - Probably most are still fat asses that spent most of their time grinding out gambling theories, capping and news watching. That means you sat on your ass all day..Not good no matter how you spin it.. Then again if you treat it like a job and have a daily agenda, get to eating right and exercising daily on a schedule and keeping the body up you may live a normal and even extended life. That's what I try to do and shoot for anyways...

My two cents on the gambling life anyways in a nut shell... It is fun as hell though when you are winning and in a good grove always whether you are a degen or a pro.. That's why we do it.. The thrill of the cash rolling in.. It's a blast!!!!

Holy cow what a difference a year has made. I’ve had steak probably 10 times in the past month and haven’t seen a gym or salad in over a month.
