I actually don't have a problem with it. States should have the right to govern locally as they see fit. I would have no problem with kids playing flag football until high school. At least they can still learn the basics of the game until they get to high school.

Not a fan of liberals nor California crazy government and such... but I would back this law. Kids can play flag until they are 14 years old... not a big deal if you think about it, and it's guaranteed to be safer for the kids.
