The conversations we have behind closed doors are unreal. The education is unreal as is the vocabulary. We have guys that ran major books in CR now as mods so they have a clue, we have ex DR also as a moderator, he was not happy being a DR so went down to CR and applied for a job and we gave it to him. I have the least education as far as college but street wise the smartest.
