He made this a habit in his last go around in CLE. He knows where to be defensively but its almost as if he has to prove to the other players on his team that he's superior by letting them walk into mistakes. If as if they thought IT was going to come in and start playing like Avery Bradley and that JR Smith would actually be consistent. The only rim presence they have is TT and that is even debatable.

Unfortunately, he's correct. Dan Gilbert is the narcissist that is doing his best AL Davis impersonation. He totally fukked up getting rid of Griff which led to Kyrie leaving. Gilbert has been the GM, he's making these moves not Lebron. The finger points all to Gilbert. He has NEVER had a GM renew a contract. Do you ever wonder why? Because he runs the show.
