    What would it take for me to own a Legal Sportsbook

    Guys I want to run and open my own sportsbook. Not online but a warehouse style restaurant in a newly legal sportbetting state.

    Can it be done or will i have to find a million dollar backer

    Do you have experience working at a sportsbook in Las Vegas? Walk up joint - no credit - no post up. At least the money is good. Before you talk about the money it takes - can you predict the volume/handle?

    You don't need a nickle to open a book. You had better hit the ground first day with a good take. I did it and many I know did that back on campus. We didn't have no stinking money... but we took bets and always paid.
