In preparation for the Super Bowl, Chef LaDonk is busy in the kitchen, whippin' up his infamous deer stew.... (Yes, this is Texas, so it's "DEER STEW", not "venison this or venison that".....
It's a Super Bowl Weekend Tradition, broken for the first time in decades last year when Chef LaDonk and his beautiful wife were in punta cana at the badass SBR Bash, hobnobbing with internationally known superstars like LoShak, SBR John, USCPHillyGuy, Ttaddy, etc....
so, here ya go....
oh yah, my pick for the big game: Philly and +5 or wherever you get it down to +4.....
step one, braise the meat, on a bed of cooked down onions, seasoned with garlic, and special DonkLand seasonings on the deer meat itself:
stew meat braised up, ready for the pot.... (this process was done three separate times for three pans of meat that were added to the stew.....
let that simmer for two hours, then add the vegetables.....
sincerely,
Chef LaDonk.....
