Just admit your nervous, and step to the back of the tee box and close your eyes and say "Ya, I am nervous, but who cares"

Once you admit that to yourself (honestly) instead of fight it, it tends to go away and you can get back to playing your game.

Usually always worked/works for me.

Ok, ya, I understand that. I would get to the golf course at the same time no matter what my tee time was. I like the early start as well, but if I had a late tee time I would probably have pounded 10 buckets before tee off...
