                      Most rap today is trash...but I’m old school so Tupac, NWA, Big Daddy Kane, etc are true talent....garbage like Kendrick Lamar

                        Kendrick is ok but his style is a little to similar to Eminem. He stands out today because everyone else who gets play sound exactly the same compared to him but he isn’t Rakim jr like some prop him up to be.

                        Check out Amerigo Gazaway’s 2 mixtapes A Common Wonder and Yasiin Gaye if you like older hip hop. Brilliant remixing of great artists.

                        Any mixes by Dj spinbad, j period and ztrip are excellent....all on mixcloud and SoundCloud

                          I used to hang with DJ Screw and crew in Houston...Met Willie D and Brad Jordan (Scarface) geto boys back in the day.

                          houston rap was the shit in the 90’s IMO....Mike Jackson was a good friend of mine that was management for Rap-A-Lot records
