    Betting API
Does any know of any US sportsbooks that have betting API's. Ideally I would want to create an app that would place my bets based on my set criteria.

I've thought about coding against the betting websites directly.. but they often have terms against betting with bots and I don't want my winnings withheld for betting using automated tools.

You definitely want to avoid any wagers related to bots.

Years ago a better was denied many thousands based on the book's claim he did such.

That's disappointing.. They should at least let you download your betting results in excel format. I put something together to parse the daily figures page from Heritage so I can at least have an idea which bets are hitting and which areas need work. It just sucks that I have to go and download the results pages manually... I'll have to integrate the other sportsbooks I use at some point, but its eye opening to actually see which types and frequency of bets are profitable and which have historically been losers for you over time.

Never use bots. You won't get paid.

I think the api scans constantly, refreshing to get the odds. Normal players don't log in and refresh 24 hours a day. If I understand the concept

There has to be a way around that.
