Let set things straight. First, you guys claim to wager big money. You don"t. No one in here wagers in the thousands weekly, so give that caca up. That is what it takes to be considered a "High Roller". Now we get down to the nuts and bolts of the issue. Many of you who claim to wager between $200 and $500 a week are frauds. Plain and simple. You know it, I know it, and you know that I know it. If you really wager that much money, there is no f**king excuse for you NOT to become a Pro. I have heard all the reasons why, from complaints about the way SBR handled a certain situations, to BigBear who is an air bettor and simply states that he will NEVER become a pro because he does not want to. He is nothing more than a very ignorant phony. Have you seen some of his hysterical posts about life?

Now I will admit that the alleged "relevant information" that RudyR talks about is next to non-existent in here. But who'se fault is that? It is the fault of SBR allowing absolute nobodies to post in here. So the least SBR can do is open a sub-forum for PRO's only. Keep the non-pro's out of it. If the fools in here like 2dabank want to read what they post, fine. He can look for their posts in any other sub-forum he wants. But there should be a sub-forum for pros ONLY. SBR is running contests where you must be a pro to win the entire prize, why not a sub-forum where pros only can post?

The comparison is that both provide information that someone pays for and in so many cases can be produced without paying.

That's it. There are many, many businesses that operate in that environment and much of it is related around information and using it to make decisions.

I'd rather my brain surgeon allow an investment fiduciary to handle his money and have the surgeon worry about what's important for steady hands...like getting laid, than him having to...you know the rest.

That's it. There are many, many businesses that operate in that environment and much of it is related around information and using it to make decisions.

Arguing?

Just saying people pay for information, sometimes there's a legit reason, sometimes not. Because sometimes someone is charging for info that is easily generated for free.

If you find value in the info, then pay for it, by all means. Some people find value in touts, even if to fade, and pay for that info. That is info they couldn't get elsewhere.

There is no argument, only you wanting to argue. You saying "not even comparible" and somehow not seeing that paying for information is a commonality among many things, not just a tout and your website.

Easily make software? Maybe it doesn't sound like what you are calling for is that difficult. But that might be something to pay for that is popular.

But not for everyone.

No arguing here guy, in the end the bigger point is that what information do you get from the SBR Forum that you would pay for?

I suppose some people have something, maybe a weeder fade, or something.

To me contests aren't much, even the cash involved. I don't really care about them (not in an Auntie Maxinorino way) but they should do what they can to stop cheating and reward the pros that support the site.

Not always, a lot of manual work.

It's a pain in the ass that gets multiplied ten fold this time of year. Once Hoops starts it'll be crazy in my office. Just enjoying a few days of calm before the real storm begins, even thought there is still work to do.
