How does an incorrectly graded wager never get corrected?

Does no one notice or complain from the other side? I had a wager that was incorrectly graded and not corrected for a week, and when I finally got a response from customer service, they just put cash in my account but never correctly graded the wager.

my guess is that if they correct it from the system, the system will automatically pay everyone affected

maybe this way they get to only compensate you, and keep the money from anyone who didnt complain
