Butch Jones Fired

To the surprise of absolutely no one, Butch Jones was fired today by Tennessee, one day after a 50-17 blowout loss to Missouri. Jones was give the opportunity to coach the last two remaining Volunteer games but refused the offer.

SEC is rough though. At Nebraska he gets the easy division. Recruiting has fell off in corn country though. Will be interesting. If he can just get a damn QB to go to Florida, then he could turn them around.

He's a bit of a mystery. I don't think he turns either program around, but he will get paid. After I say he could turn UF around with a QB.

Rumor control has it that Tennessee is preparing a 10 MILLION Dollar offer to Chucky. That is 10 MILLION per season. An insane amount of money to pay for a guy who has been out of the game forever.
