They won't start Kershaw on 2 days rest, even if he does get in he'll go max of 3 innings and probably less, Darvish is the obvious choice as it is his turn in the rotation so he is on normal rest.

I know everybody thinks kershaw will choke but what if he doesn't.

He can go 6 innings

Kershaw hasn't even gone 6 innings on normal rest during the post-season.

The whole point of Dodgers having a deeper rotation this year is that Kershaw does not get abused like in past seasons.

Put it this way
go out and throw your hardest
which is prolly around 60 mph 70 times

then contact me two days later telling me how your arm feels

plus most of the time they throw more than 70 in game pitches
as well as the practice pitches between innings that add up

now in reality some could go but their stuff has been proven to
not be as nasty nor sharp , plus overcompensation can lead to injuries

He'll probably ready to go 3 innings in relief. That's what Cubs did with Lester in Game 7 last year.

Maybe they want Darvish for 4-5, Kershaw for 2-3 and Jansen for 1-2.

Darvish is a can, just hoping he can get thru 3 scoreless innings of work at a minimum....

He the freshest starter and gets the start at home is why he probably gets the start. He will be on a very short leash I'm sure..
