    Carlos Beltran...

Is only 275 hits shy of 3000. Can he hang on for 2 years to obtain this? He is 41 and not a HOFer without those hits....

    Fact

Beltran is a class act, always one of my favorites to watch and in my eyes gets in easily.

I remember Beltran for one thing. Striking out looking with the bases loaded in the bottom of the 9th in the NLCS.
