GOP congress came out the day he was elected and said “we will refuse to work with Obama as long as he’s President. We will actively obstruct every piece of legislation he tries to pass.”

I hated how he abused the EO’s but really, wtf is he supposed to do? They actually came out and admitted they would never work with him. Crazy shit. I fukking hate Congress and feel there needs to be a complete congressional overhaul to make them relevant again. Right now, they’re worthless. They can’t pass healthcare reform? No biggie, President can just sign an EO

As far as the economy specifically, I have trouble thinking any of us really understand what happened or is happening. We have doctorate level economists arguing about why the economy is thriving and they can’t agree. I’m not disillusioned enough to think I understand it that well. Just think it’s funny that it survived Obama even though it broke 20,000 for the first time ever up from 8,000, yet it is thriving under trump

A lot of talking about Trump alienating people during the campaign, but Hillary and the Democrats ignored a large portion of their base and Trump has filled the void.

I am a derivatives trader by profession. I am well versed on how abysmal GDP growth was under Obama. However, he did inherit one of the worst financial crisis this country has ever seen. If you want to blame him for everything you should also give credit where it is due. The market performed very well under his presidency.
