Ames is a tough place to play getting a decent amount of points, but Texas is the better team hands down....Don't even have a lean on this one....Pass...

I think Texas may be out to prove a point. They have a very tough three weeks coming up, and they will want some momentum going into that stretch. Texas should win, but this game is certainly not worth a wager.

No clue on this game. ISU seems good, but think they end up getting rolled once Texas gets the lead, and the crowd is out of it.

Texas stronger overall but they are on the road
and Iowa State can produce. The Longhorn qb
situation makes Texas unbettable. You either have
a freshman or a sophomore coming off throwing-shoulder
injury. I am thinking Cyclones right now.

Still working on Saturday games. Coach Kelly may Sandbag his talent against Miami Oh seeing an easy win. Might rest his starters for tougher late season action, not worrying about whether Notre Dame covers a 20 pt spread. Not certain but a definite possibility.

I like Tx -5. But Iowa St has a decent team. The frosh QB for Texas is getting better and better. The defense has improved dramatically as well.

I think you have to either take the road fav or pass. New Tx coach has made considerable progress since the opening loss. Getting their starting QB hurt was a great thing. I think they play better than they did two weeks ago in the Rose Bowl and thats good enough.

Seems could go either way to me.
