S.F-LAR Over 39.5- Number moved a little too much during the week. This one started at 42 and now down to the current 39.5 which sticks the Over play in value territory. You have a Rams run defense that's still learning the ropes even with the return of Donald, and the 49'ers have made it no secret they plan on running which made the public push the Under which is why you saw the movement. Rams' Goff has the highest passer rating for passes over 20 yards so far this year, and he should have a much easier time this week than he did Sunday with the 'Skins.
