And then he blames it all on his son after the fight, its obviously he put him up to it and it was orchestrated by the kid's anxiousness and because there was no reaction from dad when he did it.

You have to understand who these gypsies are. The kids are trained and released into the public to steal from people. They use little kids and women to do the dirty work because they know if the men did it and got caught they would absolutely get the shit kicked out of them. Maybe it's different for UK gypsies, but I know that's how mainland European gypsies operate.
