Maybe OU is just really good.

OU has had the offense for a while now but they've finally graduated all the bad defensive players and the studs that are under classmen are finally getting a chance to play.

OU is the only team that can challenge Bama this year and that's because they have the best o-line in the country and a QB that can make plays out of nothing when things break down.

You have to have a QB like Mayfield to have a shot against Bama. Just look at Manziel, Deshaun Watson, etc.

OU's offense could score on Bama and their defense would try to make Hurts a passer just like they did with Barrett.

I thought they had the best d-line in the nation?

OU drive into Ohio State territory on 10 out of 11 drives and only punted once all game.

The only reason they punted was because they got a holding penalty...

OU's massive offensive line that's loaded with NFL prospects can match up with Bama.

Had OU not had turnovers and a missed FG in the first half they could have easily put up 45 against a really good Ohio State defense.

Hell for almost all the fourth quarter they were just running clock and not trying to score.

OU is a good team! OSU is not even close to good. Only thing us OHIO boys are talking about at this point, is beatn the team up North. We have no chance to turn that offense into a good college team.

The Big 10 is soft this season. We all know what happened to Ohio State. Michigan and Penn State play a bunch of cream puffs for a non-con schedule. The West is just terrible. Nebraska and Northwestern already have losses. Wisconsin and Iowa looked terrible last week. There will be no undefeated team in the Big 10 when all is said and done.

I will agree with the overall description of OU. They look legit but it's only week 2. Let's see USC tested and maybe a LSU or a Clemson? There are several folks that could play with Bama besides OU. OU could easily lose to Ok St. So far so good for the Sooners but long way to go.
