What is the purpose for this summer NBA league?

It's for rookies and fringe players, not that hard to understand. Been around for quite some time. It's only all over ESPN because of Lonzo Ball.

It's great moneymaker for second half wagering I think I'm like 9-2 or something like that betting it. Some goon who can't shoot free throws missed 2 and I lost by a hook.

Its good for the players as well look at ball from game 1 to now he looks improved.
