does the "boomer" still broadcast this event. the "back, back, back, back, way back" on every fly ball was getting tedious. actually, the whole event is unwatchable. maybe bettable, but unwatchable. the old home run derby that was in that bandbox ballpark in LA in the 60's (if anyone remembers) was more entertaining than this long drawn out event which has ruined some hitters in the past.

I think the "Boomer" died in a car crash or something earlier this year. It was all over the news. I doubt he will be there tonight.
