Quickest way to a bank account is using a wire usually.

Most exchanges offer that for a 20-30 dollar fee. Kraken.com a good one for that and should be one of the fastest to set up too.

Gemini.com, ItBit.com and Coinbase.com will all let you use ACH withdrawals to US bank accounts for free, but it takes 3 business days.

You will have to ask them if business bank accounts work.

Download Coinbase app, send in all required documents, takes a few days. Very easy.

Q if you are US and in the US I would assume all your btc related profits would be discoverable by the IRS and/or the DOJ. So the answer to your question is certainly yes.

It's the ACH system that takes 5 business days to confirm the tx

But if you choose Wire instead of ACH it only takes 1 day.

                          * You need to be verfied high enough to have a US$ wallet to do that.

No, selling bitcoin creates a gain which is taxable. Withdrawing to your bank is not a reportable event. If you use bitcoin for gambling, you should have minimal taxes related to transactions but could have a lot to report potentially. Whatever you make in trading bitcoin is taxable.
