IF bet question

Ok, so I did a IF bet parlay (2 teamer). The 2 teamer, both bets canceled. Rain for the Cleveland MLB and pitching change in the Mets

So.....

Bet one (pending)

If win or push to
Canceled parlay

Then the question I have.....
From the parlay I did "If win only"

To another winning play

So.....is the 3rd leg alive or no action sense the whole parlay was canceled?

As I understand correctly, the 3rd leg is a "No Action" because you need to win your parlay(since it's "If win only") to rollover to the next leg.

Where is the EV in doing an IF bet?

It is no action if it's IF win only, most books also offer if win or push which would have given it action
