Parker is out now. The are still favored slightly with 2 coming up in Houston.

My guess is Tony parker is not rly a significant piece. From the eyeball test he's been dreadful this yr, not as bad as say Paul pierce but he's on that old man level

Patty mills in his athletic prime and not much better which is sad. Pop will probably have kawhi and green split timeshares at pg when mills isn't on the court. Spurs have a youngster at point who could be pretty good one day but he's to skinny or light. Beverly would push him around

Might have something to do with Dantoni being a shit coach with a shit system better suited for the d league.

Simply put, they are still the favourite in this series.

While Patty Mills isn't a great player, his speed actually matches up well and as was started above, Leonard is a good enough ball handler to bring the Spurs up the court. The loss of Parker may be felt in leadership, but beyond that it is minute.

As as I said yesterday, the Spurs can compete with the Rockets at the Rockets game, and when teams do exactly that it can throw the Rockets off. I in once again on the over (even more points scored in Houston imo) and will leave the sides alone.

Hard to win an entire series playing zero defense.

Houston was only slight fav after game 1 so this price seems about right.

Don't think books have a take on this series as well, its a crapshoot, if Rockets make shots they win if not they don't. Books have slight lean on Spurs just because of better defense.

seems like yesterday that Parker sent Gary 'the glove' Payton into retirement....

Because despite parker being out spurs are still better, and if rockets dont make a ton of 3s like the 1st game then they aint doin jack, and going against one of the best coaches of all time

                          100% True.

It's kind of embarrassing Houston couldn't shut down an elderly team.

Rockets have the series on lockdown, don't overthink it.

Then again the spurs were favored going into OKC last year tied 1-1.

Apparently the spurs don't need him. Wonder why he was playing.

Speedy was a hero for the Spurs that year and got paid in free agency the next year......but not by the Spurs.

Another team burned thinking they got a player, but learned he was just part of the system.

I bet the Rockets to win the series after game one at -120. After losing game two, the line is virtually the same. (Tony Parker really worth that much?)

I'm not sure if I should get out of it or not. I really don't trust the Rockets.
