The 'kids' have prepared the Caps nicely for a fast, playmaking type of team. As much as it took the Caps six games, they were never out of control of the series.

This wont be easy for the Pens, but I think they sneak by....of course I am biased as my big money draft I am loaded with Pens.

Ducks will capitalize on edmontons penalty mistakes. Oilers played possibly the most beat up team in the playoffs and it took 6 games. They will get exploited this round

Pens are way too fast just like last year for the caps. The only difference this year that gives the caps a glimmer of hope is letang is out and fleury is in net. Fleury could single handley lose this series for the pens like he's done before. I still think the pens can overcome it with their playmakers. Pens have guys who have proven themselves in the playoffs. Caps are still waiting for those guys to show up outside of Justin Williams

People are giving Nashville way too much credit for beating Chicago. This Chicago team was the most inexperienced they've had in awhile and the Blackhawks literally couldn't hold onto the puck when contacted by the opposing team. I see the blues as too big for Nashville. They are going to grind them down like the old red wings teams use to do with their big guys. Stastny coming back is going to help the scoring and Allen has the coaching of Martin Brodeur, don't overlook that

Last series the rangers, this was my hardest pick because Ottawa has some great playmakers but I just can't shrug off their regular season. They ended the season with an-2 goal differential. Only one team since 2000 has made it out of the second round with a negative goal differential. I think Karlssons heel fractures have to come into play and if that happens that will help New York out a lot. Plus henrik looked solid in the first roundand Ottawa is less experienced

Caps got tested in the first round and they will now roll. The pens are missing Letang and that will show in this series.
