College Gameday in ACC country tonight. Scoring vs keep away ball, should be interesting to see what wins out. Big game in the race for the regular season championship. Let the discussion begin.

UNC should take care of them but that gay ass style they play at always seems to put UNC to sleep.

If it's close at half I'll hammer UNC 2nd half. It's no secret that UVA has been getting owned in the second halves lately and especially in their losses.

I like the over but I wanted to wait to see if the game starts slow so I can get something in the 120s live, steal a couple points would be nice

Ya, I don't see it being a huge blowout although I would mind if it was but I think they make a run

Probably UVA's weakest teams since they became good under Tony Bennett.

They have to lean heavily on Perrantes because they don't really have anyone else that can score consistently. Still, I don't remember seeing a Tony Bennett team look that awful for a full game. That was brutal

Love sports forums. Making statements like this, then they beat UNC in a week and it'll all change.

But it's the truth. Their past teams were much better. When Parrentes was a freshman, they were loaded. Had Joe Harris, Brogdon, Akil Mitchell and Justin Anderson. Tony Bennett just hasn't quite reloaded like he hoped. They were suppose to have Austin Nichols this season.

Not buying it. Will make the Sweet 16, at least, unless they get another ACC team. The ACC is leaps and bounds better than any other conference. Every UVa loss has been to a good team. Except, maybe, Pitt but put Pitt in the Big Ten and they're a top 3 team there.
UNC is pretty good, not as good as Louisville , but this performance was more UVa shitting the bed than anything else. 2/20 from 3? We'll see if UNC can hold them to that in a week.

Sorry, no team has looked amazing all season. Well, Gonzaga has but they're hard to gauge because of their competition. Villanova has looked solid as well.
Let's look at the current most likely #7 seeds: Xavier, St Mary's, Minnesota, Northwestern.
Obviously UNC would be favored against all of them, but it wouldn't shock me to see UNC lose to any of them (maybe Minnesota since the B10 is garbage). Same with Louisville. Just not a ton of teams that are extremely good this year.

However, could be that the ACC is so good that it makes the very good teams just look solid. Guess we'll have to see, when UNC, Duke, Louisville, UVa, FL St are all in the Elite 8 then that was the case.

I think you are going a little far with this. I think both UNC and Ville would put a beat down on any of those teams especially at tournament time. I agree that every team has looked vulnerable at times but both these clubs have gotten stronger and stronger as the months have passed and both have been in that position because of injuries as well. I want to see "mighty" Gonzaga get it on with one of these two. I think it would end like in 2009 when Zags had that high powered offense, even then we heard this is the best team, and everyone thought they could run with the Heels and then got curb stomped. That team played nothing but nancy boy schools for months, they will get bitch slapped the first time they face a top 10 team in the tourney, I pray each night it is Carolina.

I don't want UofL playing St Mary's or Northwestern in the 2nd round. Should win but those teams can have great defensive nights.

No doubt UVA can make sweet 16, but I don't think they're a serious final four contender like they have been the past three years. All I'm saying is give me the last three UVA teams over this team.
I love Louisville this year, but I have UNC ahead of them.

All those teams you listed would get blown out by UNC. St Mary's is the best of that group, but the athleticism gap between those two teams would be too much for Mary's. Xavier is reeling and have been for a while now. Minnesota and Northwestern are solid teams but they aren't beating UNC on the big stage.
But you are right on with your last sentence. Not a lot of really good teams. There are a lot of good teams, but not many great teams. Even some of the great teams aren't "complete." As good as Nova is, they are very small upfront. UCLA is good but don't play defense. Duke is good but they're small and don't play great defense. KU is good but they lack depth and are thin upfront. The list goes on..... Most complete teams are probably UNC, Gonzaga, Oregon and Louisville. Not the best, but most complete. To me, UNC is the best and most complete team. Only real weakness for them is if Berry or Jackson aren't hitting down perimeter shots because they don't have many other outside shooters.
